What are Ozone Laundry Systems?

Ozone laundry systems work by introducing ozone directly into the washing machine so that it comes into contact with linen during the wash programs.

In the EnviroSaver II, ozone is generated by individual corona-discharge ozone generators – one for each washing machine to deliver continuous ozone injection directly into the machine using a small diffuser system.

The correct amount of ozone is delivered directly and continuously into each washing machine for each wash program through a unique sintered stainless steel diffuser system installed into the base of each individual washing machine. The ozone delivery is integrated into the wash program set for the machine.

The EnviroSaver II ozone laundry system will wash all soil classifications with little if any rewash volume as well as a reduction in odour, improved flocculation, reduction in chemical residue along with improved soil removal.


 

How does the EnviroSaver II work?

Ozone is generated by the ES2 ozone generator (a corona discharge generator) using purified compressed air. The ozone is injected directly and continuously into the washing machine during the wash cycle when called for by the wash program. Ozone delivery ceases when the drain of the washing machine is opened.

 

 

 

 

Stainless Steel diffusers connected to the ozone generating unit are placed within the washing machine (normally connected to existing connections in the washing machine) to continuously bubble ozone into the washing machine during the wash cycle.

 

 

 

 

 

Individual ozone generators are installed to cater for each washing machine, meaning that should one fail, the other machines are not affected. Should the entire ozone system fail for any reason, the usual full chemical wash program can be reinstated, meaning no loss in wash output while the system is repaired. The EnviroSaver II comes with a 5 years parts guarantee.
